The Citizens Police Academy is a free program designed to give community members an inside look at the operations of the San Jacinto County Sheriff’s Office.
Participants learn about patrol procedures, investigations, use of force policies, and much more through hands-on demonstrations and classroom instruction.
Classes meet weekly for 10 weeks. Upon completion, graduates are invited to join the Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association.
